What We Do

  • Modern two-story brick house with large windows and balcony, surrounded by a paved patio and green lawn.

    Architecture

We specialise in all things residential. From internal alterations to house extensions and new builds, as well as larger developments. No project is too big or small.

  • Interior view of a staircase with wooden steps and white railings near a white paneled wall.

    Interiors

The design of the inside of the house is just as important as the outside. We can offer advice on whole house interior design schemes, including designing bespoke fitted furniture, kitchens and bathrooms.

  • A backyard with a patio area featuring a black metal pergola, two chairs with cushions, and a hanging chair with pillows. There are flower beds on both sides with various plants and flowers, a grassy lawn in the foreground, and neighboring houses and trees in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

    Landscape

We take the same approach to landscape design as we do to the house, creating areas or ‘rooms’ in your garden for all of your needs, providing a landscaping design that compliments your architectural design.

How We Work

We follow the RIBA work stages to structure projects, and work closely with clients from conception to completion.

In short, our core services are:

  • Undertaking a site and/or building appraisal for feasibility and developing the initial brief.

  • Concept design proposals, review, and development.

  • 3D visuals of the design options and/or chosen design.

  • Planning applications.

  • Technical drawings and building regulations packages.

  • Tender and on site support.

A more detailed breakdown of the various work stages is below:

Our Fees

Our fees are determined by the size and complexity of the project, and therefore how much time it will take to complete. We estimate our time input and then provide a fixed fee for each stage. We structure our fees around the RIBA work stages, and they are generally broken down into 3 parts:

Stages 0-3 - from project brief up to planning application.

Stage 4 - technical design for building control and construction.

Stages 5-7 - charged on an hourly fee basis depending on what input is required during construction.
